Which do you prefer? Surname is very common - Jones.

I love Maisie best, but Poppy is sweet.

Poppy.
Maisie make me think of mayonnaise Grin

I'm not a fan of either. Poppy is very cutesy like Poppet (and only one letter away from Poopy) so if I had to choose, probably Maisie (although it does remind me of Maisie Mouse).

If I had to choose one, it would be Maisie, and I think it goes better without Jones.

Having thought abou this...

I think the name Poppy has to much other significance. The poppy is such an important flower in the U.K.

Plus, there's the drug association and the fact that poppies die really soon.

(But these are just the opinion of an expat living in the U.K...)

I really do love Mairead.

I think I prefer Maisie, especially with your surname, it flows really well. Just don't use May/mai/mae as a middle name, I know a Maisie Mae and it makes my teeth itch....
