OH and I both love the name John (simple, strong and not obscenely common) but want to add more names into the mix of a similar style as we aren't completely sold. OH liked Mark and Grant, but I went to school with brothers with those names who were absolutely awful people - I just can't shake the association.
So names not necessarily one syllable or beginning with J, but he same style as John.
