Can interest anyone in Basil?

I've just been talking to a lovely, lovely older man called Basil.

I don't have a baby to name, sadly, so someone else MUST use it.

My dog's name is Basil...

Named after Basil Fawlty.

Horrible name for a person.

My DD first pony was called Basil.
It's a lovely name and great for a boy.

I can't quite see it on a baby, but I'm definitely going to use it on my next cat.

I have a bird called Basil the other was Sybil now Cyril for obvious reasons

Aw, I want to change DHs name to Basil! I'd love to shout that up the stairs instead!
