For the best of both worlds, Sylvia nn Sylvie.

ClarissaDarling · 26/11/2016 21:32

Sylvie! For some reason this makes me think of young and fresh whereas Slyvia = Plath and a bit dark!

HardcoreLadyType · 26/11/2016 21:33

Sylvia.

It always makes me think of a bright frosty morning. And Sylvia Plath, of course.

Sylvie, once had a French friend called this, she was lovely!

YellowPirate · 27/11/2016 08:19

Please use Sylvie! Both my boys were going to be called this. It's beautiful (although Sylvia is nice too). X

UnicornPee · 27/11/2016 08:54

To me it looks like saliva or slytherin

Namechangeemergency · 27/11/2016 12:55

just commented on your other thread before I saw this one Smile

EllenRipley · 27/11/2016 13:11

Definitely Sylvie, that was top of my list if I'd had a girl.

ViewBasket · 27/11/2016 22:00

Sylvia is much nicer IMO. Sylvie is faddy and less substantial.
