I'm not keen on the surnames as first names trend but I do know a lovely four year old Harrison so feel much more positive about that than other surnames!

aforestgrewandgrew · 18/11/2016 01:43

Lovely name

user1478562078 · 18/11/2016 02:05

Love Harrison but hate Harry!

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 18/11/2016 02:32

Horrible

PoloZolo · 18/11/2016 03:21

It's a nice name, I like the fully version Harrison but also nice there is the option of shortening to Harry too

Sophronia · 18/11/2016 05:32

I prefer just Harry

user1471950254 · 18/11/2016 06:47

Lovely!

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 18/11/2016 07:25

Yes, I like it.

TheNaze73 · 18/11/2016 08:22

I think it's a Marmite name that people will either love or hate.
If you love it, go for it

IDreamOfPeace · 18/11/2016 10:01

As long as your surname doesn't end in 'son', e.g. Clarkson, then I say go for it.

It will probably get shortened to Harry by everyone though!

HarleyQuinzel · 18/11/2016 10:03

I like it. None of the Harrison's I know get called Harry.

Musiclife · 18/11/2016 10:03

I know a teenage Harrison. Lovely boy. Nice name.

KlingybunFistelvase · 18/11/2016 10:55

I like it.

Coey2016 · 18/11/2016 11:14

I love it

DoYouRememberJustinBobby · 18/11/2016 11:15

Hate it.

BathshebaSnowflakeStone · 18/11/2016 11:18

It will get shortened to Harry. I used to constantly tell DS off for calling his BF that.

I'm biased cos I HAVE one! And it was always my intention that it would be Harry down the pub, but Harrison on the brass plate by the door.

YouWereAlwaysPerfect · 18/11/2016 17:31

I'm not to keen on the name Harry it is way too popular, but I like the name Harrison Smile

babyboyHarrison · 18/11/2016 17:39

Love it but that's probably pretty obvious! Ours is nearly 4 and very much still Harrison not Harry, but I like Harry as a shortening too. Figured Harry is cute for little ones but Harrison has a bit more gravitas about it when they are older

MrsGsnow18 · 19/11/2016 19:33

I'm not a fan of surnames as first names either but it's not the worst one.

sj257 · 20/11/2016 12:01

I don't like it
