struggling to think of middle names for Scarlett! We love Fern, Willow or Rose but I'm not sure any of them go with Scarlett... any suggestions?

I wouldn't use any of them in case you have another girl and want to use as a first name. Do you have any family names you could use?

TattyCatty · 04/11/2016 13:28

We have a Scarlett Ivy, which fits with your theme ☺

I think that as Scarlett is a colour, you need a middle name which isn't a flower or plant or season.

Scarlett Elouise ?
Scarlett Frances ?
Scarlett Rachel ?

Hayls17 · 04/11/2016 13:35

I love Ivy but wouldn't go with our surname (rhymes with fairy)

Scarlett Rose is probably my favourite but I'm worried it sounds a bit cliched? As in red rose. Am I overthinking it?

I think you need a traditional classic name for your middle name to balance it.

QueenOfTheNaps · 04/11/2016 19:14

I'm leaning towards a one syllable middle name, I think it flows better!

Yes you may be overthinking it (but for good reason - you want to get it right, giving someone a name is a big responsibility!) Smile I think Scarlett Rose is absolutely fine.
