Freddie or Oscar?

For a friend. Beautiful baby boy born yesterday, and stuck between these two names. I personally prefer Freddiewhat do you think? I think (should of checked) they are also considering Alfie.

I like both, but prefer Oscar.

Really dislike Freddie or Fred.

Oscar is better but feels quite 'trendy' and may sound dated as it fall out of favour again.
