I'm for Annabel x

Annabel is lovely, that's my favourite of the three.

Tabitha is well-liked on MN but it always makes me think of a cat, I have no idea why! Eloise is nice too, you can't go wrong really.

Icuntsee Tabitha Twichit is a Beatrix Potter Cat maybe that's in your subconscious also tabby cats for toteishell / ginger cats. I always think of the 1960s and 70s series Bewitched I think Samantha's daughter was Tabitha? I prefer the other two names OP.

Don't like Tabitha. Annabel is bland - too many -bels around these days.

Whilst I do like Tabitha, it always seems so popular on MN that I sometimes wonder will there be a lot of Tabithas out there in the future!

I'd go for Eloise. Little bit more unusual I think than Annabel.
