Hello Ladies,

We are almost settled on Noah Calvin.

What are your honest opinions on this name!?

Thanks!

I honestly like it

Pipilangstrumpf · 05/10/2016 13:57

I much prefer Calvin as first name! Great name.

I'm afraid I don't like Noah.

DramaAlpaca · 05/10/2016 14:13

I agree with Pipilangstrumpf.

But if you like it that's all that matters.

NameChange30 · 05/10/2016 14:16

I don't think the two names go together very well, but the middle name won't be used very much, so it's no big deal.

Noah is a lovely name, very popular at the moment, but if you don't mind that, go for it.

Personally not a fan of Calvin but as I said it's a middle name so what other people think is even less important than with first names.

I think it's fine. Nothing wrong with it at all.

The combination sounds a bit like No, a Conrad.

Pipilangstrumpf · 05/10/2016 16:48

Sorry Calvin

Ontopofthesunset · 05/10/2016 17:07

It's as if you've put two religions together - Noah archetypically Old Testament/Jewish and Calvin hardline Protestant. I don't think it really matters but they sound very odd together to me.

Surely that would be true of Noah + any name?

MissTakesOurMaid · 05/10/2016 18:33

I really like it Smile
