What do you think?

OP posts:

I also thought of Dandilion, which isn't a bad thing at all.
OP, I'm really sorry, but Endy, he will possibly be nicknamed Bell End, you know what kids are like.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 01/10/2016 17:36

Ellen my appologies, I didn't realise the name was for your daughter.
In that case, yes, it's very unusual, I haven't heard of it before 😄

ForeverEyesOfBlue · 01/10/2016 18:09

It's a good strong name, but it does remind me of Florence Cameron. And St Endellion Brie.

neonrainbow · 01/10/2016 18:30

If it's any consolation most people wont have the foggiest idea that its the third name of one of David Cameron kids.

YvaineStormhold · 01/10/2016 18:31

Lovely.

PrincessOnTheInternet · 01/10/2016 18:33

I immediately thought 'medallion' as in medallion of bacon Confused hungry so it's a no from me. It is a nice name but I personally wouldn't use it as a first name, perhaps middle.

AngelicaSchuylerChurch · 01/10/2016 20:53

I also immediately thought of Florence Cameron. I think quite a few people will.

ErrolTheDragon · 01/10/2016 21:05

Its pretty but she'd be forever having people asking her how its spelled or getting it wrong. How about having it as a middle name, she could choose to use it if she loved it.

MargoReadbetter · 01/10/2016 21:07

Sorry OP, sounds like a toothpaste.

katemess12 · 01/10/2016 21:08

Also thought of a pork medallion.

ScarletOverkill · 01/10/2016 21:13

Another thinking of dandelions Flowers

Catgirl83 · 01/10/2016 21:15

It makes me think of a surname rather than a first name but I actually really like it.

LikelyLama · 01/10/2016 21:29

I really like it. I think it's pretty and strong. There are a few options for nicknames too. It's a bit out there but it's not a crazy sounding name.

Somerville · 01/10/2016 21:32

I like it.

I'd use Della as nn.

LikelyLama · 01/10/2016 21:38

John Betjemens granddaughter is called Endellion
