Need to name my boy ASAP help!!

I have an Oscar and a Saffi and now we have a baby boy who we need to name and we're really struggling.

We literally have days to name and register him!

Considerations are
Tobin
Jacob
Quinn

What do you think and any other considerations please

Quinn was my absolute favourite name for either a boy or girl but my OH made the 'quiz' association straight away and so vetoed it. I'd never even heard the word and I'm gutted I'd still quite like to use it but it's been struck off. Use it for me?!

I knew a lovely Toby who was actually Tobin not Tobias.
