Do people generally know how it is pronounced? we live in France so want a french name but may move back to England someday.

I wouldn't have any idea how to pronounce it. I'd have a stab at it but it would be how it reads....thigh-bault

I knew a really lovely Belgian Thibault, but even though I speak French well, I always struggled to pronounce his name. Is it Tibow or Tiboo?
