Rose?

I understand that Rose is very commonly used as a middle name nowadays, but what do you think of it as a first name? She will be a twin, almost definitely to be named Clara Juliette. DH is French and it has a very sentimental meaning for us, as in DH's wedding vows he included a quote from "The Little Prince" which in English reads as "It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose important."

Paternal half-sisters (my step-daughters) are Cassandra Geneviève, Madeleine Emma and Amélie Séraphine, full sister is Lucie Aurélie.

Is it too old fashioned/too popular? Does it go well with her other sisters' names, and her potential twin Clara Juliette? And what do you think of the name Félicité as a middle name?

Rose Félicité and Clara Juliette... I think I like it, but I'm not sure!

Also, don't worry if you think Rose Félicité or any of the other names are too French, as they have a very French surname and a very English name could look a bit silly.

Very grateful for opinions!

I love your choices. You've paired the names beautifully.

Rose is such a beautiful name, classic and strong - I much prefer it over the more popular Rosie. Clara and Rose go together lovely too!

Rosalie is another option Smile

Love Rose as a first name, and gorgeous with Clara.
