Definite cow name, unfortunately!

Makes me think of cows, margarine and horror films (Cloverfield) also the words cloven and cleaver.

It's a no from me.

I love it, but I think a child with that name would get teased because of the 'Lover' in their name. But I still would consider using it.

I have a friend with a very sweet 5 year old daughter called Clover. Initially I was a bit wtf as mum also has a very countryside plant name...but it really suits her.

Cows, rabbits, or butter, I'm afraid. I used to know a rather fierce and chunky horse (male) named Clover too.

Not a name for a person, IMO!

Ah, the eponymous heroine who got her man through vigorous sweeping and mysterious ways with chintz.

Oh, and she let him watch while she stirred her oysters. Always helps.
