I like it, seems like it's in the same sort of vein as a name like Lucy.

Sadie seems to be getting more and more popular, can't remember ever meeting a little Sally Smile

Don't like it at all. Sounds very boring to me, and old fashioned, but not in a cutesy way.

I have known a Sally and a SallyAnn (who just went by Sally) but it didn't suit either of them, and i have to admit i kind of grimaced when i found out their names Confused

I do think it's a bit twee and a bit soppy. Sadie is far stronger and cooler sounding to my ear.

I like Sally and it does seem due a comeback to me. Easy to spell and pronounce. Feminine but not too flowery.
