What do you think of this name? What does it evoke to you?

I love it!

It evokes images of my Dad's handsome friend which is probably not very helpful, sorry

I'm currently reading the Famous Five series to DC3 and it evokes an image of a stuck up, bossy, know it all

Like Jules though - the bloke from Devon on DIY SOS is called Jules and he's lovely and a complete hoot.

To me it's a very wet, weedy, effete upper middle class RP type name. The kind of teenage boy with a floppy fringe who clicks his fingers to get a waitresses' attention.

I'm sure there are lovely famous julians too. Julian clary is the only one i can think of. Or julian simmons.
