I quite like Lennon as an alternative to Lennard which I think is quite harsh.

I prefer Leonard spelled this way

i like lennard (although i'd probably spell it Leonard too or he'll spend his life correcting people on the spelling!)

Lenny/Len - all nice NN too

I love love love Miller and Ottilie.
