Baby boy due in March and these are (potentially) our top three name:

Jonah
Caleb
Jude

Middle name is not settled but likely to be William or Arthur after family.

Which do you like? Dislike? Really can't decide!

I like Jonah although I prefer Jonas.

Caleb isn't my taste but it's not awful either.

Can't bear Jude, I think it's incredibly ugly. Plus I'm not a fan of unisex names.

Jonah sounds like a really unlucky name to me and Caleb just awful.

Love Luke!

Caleb or Luke.

Downside to Luke that I can see is when you have to say 'look Luke' - which as a parent you'll do frequently.

Prefer Jude.

Go for Luke William (my DS has both names) and I still love it years on.

I do like Luke but worried it's a bit boring... People always seem to think Caleb is modern and chavy despite it being old and Biblical.

Maybe i will just have to meet him before i decide! I'd it helps, both dh and I are blonde and blue eyed so baby likely to be too..

I always imagine Jonah to have dark hair, so Luke or Caleb and I image Jude to have dark hair too

From your original list, I prefer Jonah. Not fussed on Caleb, & really don't like Jude for a boy. I grew up knowing a few female Jude's, so it just seems wrong to me...

I like Jude and love Jonah. Caleb is okay but not one I'd choose.

I'm afraid I agree that Luke is boring.

Lucas (nn Luke) is Jude's pal on the surf scene, they've both got shaggy blonde hair, nice suntans and degrees in environmental science.

Ben is also their friend, but he's a bit of rogue too and is currently having to study because he's resitting his final exams. (I have a Ben).

Poor Jonah and Caleb are still on the beach under their parasols reading self-help books about how to meet women. Luke, Ben and Jude have no such issues.
