Opinions on Joley?

So girls names really aren't our issue, but as we can't seem to get anything onto our boys shortlist, seems only sensible to try and pin down the girl options!

What are your thoughts on Joley for a girl? Only one I can think of is Joley Richardson. We have a VERY common surname so we're looking for something a little bit unusual but not really out there.

No you're 100% right I have misspelt it, it would indeed be Joely, oops!! I think my phone may have autocorrected it actually as I see its popped up that way in the title and the post! Weird

I thought this was a nickname for Jolyon the boys name. Not Joely, as in the actress.

I work with a girl called Joley. She is amazingly beautiful. That colours my judgement. Love the name.

Her name is Joely, not Joley, and it's pronounced as three syllables, not two, so Jo-el-y not Joe-ly.

Apparently her mother copied joely from her swimming teacher's dd, who had misspelled the french word jolie.

Yes, every time I've heard Joely Richardson pronounced it's been as 2 syllables. And as I posted above, my original post / thread title had the name misspelled, we were certainly thinking of it as Joely not Joley, despite my phone's determination to correct it to that!

I like it and know one. I would spell it Jolie though
