In keeping with the 'ella' theme, how about Mariella?

How about just 'Ella' which I think is lovely?

I know a Mariella. I think it's a nice name. I have never thought contraceptive about it! Ella is a bit boring.

It's just a short form of Maria.

Millions of them in Italy.

They are all between 35-50.

My name is Marielle.

I think that on balance id have preferred Mariella.
My name gets shortened to Maz, not Ella or Elle but then I am in my thirties. I don't know any thirty year old Elle/Ellie's, plenty of five year old ones though
