Oh, I LOVE Esther.

Your whole list is beautiful (except not a huge fan of Gloria or Rowena).

I like Christabel, Clarabel, Gloria and Rowena.

Brutally honest - love them all except Annora (sounds a bit medical) and Clarabel (cow's name to me) and Gloria (know one I don't like).

Love Esther and Cora, great names.

I love Gloria.

Don't really like any of the others.

Esther is stunning. Head and shoulders above the others

Can be cute, smart or glamorous. I like it!

I absolutely love esther but I'm biased because that what my 6 week old is called

Esther to me just sounds a bit Puritan and stuffy.

I love Esther and Cora.
Don't like the rest although I think Clara is lovely.

I like Esther, lion and ranzon do jump into my head strangely but it's a lovely name has history and is strong.
Annora I have never heard before so looks wrong to me.

Clarabel is a cow ( I quite like cows btw) I actually think it's rather nice
Cora nice hearing it a lot recently probably due to downton
Gloria I don't like this one

Esther, clarabel , Cora or Jemima from your list

Esther is much the best.

Cora is the only one I like. At all. In particular I'd avoid Christabel and Clarabel, they sound silly and girly. I can't imagine a grown woman being called either.

I know a grown up called Christabel and I've never thought of her name as silly or girly. How odd

Could also go with Essie as a nn. Esther is a lovely name.

Esther is a gorgeous name. Pretty but strong.

I love Gloria.
I have a family member who is ether, under 10. She's known as esti. I didn't like it when she was born and it hasn't grown on me

You could always have Clara Belle using belle as a middle name

Esther, common nn, es, est, essie but only when young (from experience, may have to name change now )
