Thomas or Matthew?

Just that really. Think we're (finally!) down to our final two names for DS1, due imminently!

It would really help if you could vote for your favourite, with reasons if possible. We'll likely wait and see what he looks like too, but in the meantime we'd love to get an idea of what people think of the two choices.

DD is Naomi if that makes a difference.

Thank you!! x

Thomas - no chance of misspelling it - i'm doing party invitations for DS and have no idea whether his little friend is Matthew or Mathew. Thomas is easy :)

MitzyLeFrouf · 14/01/2016 10:55

Thomas.

Don't like Matthew at all!

rubyflipper · 14/01/2016 11:01

I like either, but I have a Matthew so I'm biased Grin

Sleepingtom · 14/01/2016 19:03

Thomas/Tom for me ( biased Wink)

Matthew/Matt is a fab name though. And goes well with Naomi.

MNetter15 · 14/01/2016 19:09

You won't go wrong with either but I prefer Matthew. Beautiful name, lovely soft flow to it

Unoriginalusername123 · 15/01/2016 06:14

Two fabulous names but my cote goes to Matthew as Thomas is just so popular.

Matthew definitely. Thomas is a tad boring, just seems to be all over the place at the moment. Matthew sounds more fresh.

CrystalMcPistol · 16/01/2016 13:31

It's the opposite for me. Matthew is the one I seem to hear all the time these days whereas I don't know any baby Toms.

Twowrongsdontmakearight · 16/01/2016 13:37

Matthew here too!

When friend Tom was a teacher there were 7 Toms in his class. DS has 3 in his class. (He's an Alex and there are so many of them that they all get called by their surnames!).

Absolutelyfabulously · 22/01/2016 02:46

I just wondered if OP had had bub yet and decided on his name?

pilates · 22/01/2016 12:51

I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Good luck Flowers
