Middle name(s) solve the problem. It's also fine if the first name initials are VD and then a surname.

I'm under 30 and had no idea what VD stood for so I'd say youll be fine!

My sister has these initials as her first name + middle name. It's funny, but no-one really attaches any significance to them.

My brother on the other hand with BJ for his first name + middle name and BS as first name + surname? I don't think he's quite forgiven our parents yet.

I'm 29 and I knew straight off. It's a big laugh point in an episode of Friends, which every teen in the UK has watched since it came to Netflix.
