Ewart?

Baby is going to be here Friday if all goes to plan with induction. Did have our name sorted if it was going to be a boy which was Kester but husband has done a u turn and think it clashes with our surname which is the same as a very famous comedian whose first name is billy.

So we have thought of Ewart tonight.

What are peoples thoughts on the name.

Magnus is nice and would go well with Lachlan.

Innes is lovely and goes great with Lachlan

Kester is way nicer!

Ewart sounds like an American hillbilly to me.

Magnus though goes beautifully with Lachlan!

Any one else keep hearing Ewart in a Boss Hogg voice?

How do you pronounce it?
Ee-wart?
Or ooh-wat?

Although I can't unhear it in Boss Hog's voice now..!

Ewart sounds like 'you what?' to me! There's nothing wrong with Kester and I think it goes nicely with that comedian's surname. I like it more than your other names on the list too.

My best friends dad is called magnus which might be a problem.

Ewart is pronounced Ewe- ert

A friend from NI has this as a surname and pronounces it like 'yurt' but that might just be the accent! I think it is 'Ewe-ert' in an English accent.

This is probably dead now, but anyway, Innes is great, really goes with Lachlan.

Innes and Magnus are both nice.

What about Struan, Angus or Gregor?

Innes or Magnus are fab. Thought Struan too, like pp sleepyhead Or Murray?
