Help, nameless week old boy!

Our little man is now a week old and we cannot pin down a name! We are thinking of Evan or Fergus at the moment. I'm worried Fergus will become Fungus at school, DH thinks Evan is a bit dull. Any preferences or other ideas? I have Irish parents so Irish names are a possibility. looking for something a bit unusual but not too wacky.

I prefer Evan, but if he looks like a Fergus, go with it! :)

Evan is lovely. Don't like Fergus.
How about Marcus, Dominic, Lawrence?

I think Fergus is fantastic beyond compare to anything else mentioned on this thread!
