What's the problem with saying your children's names...?

jambd · 15/11/2015 02:04

Brade and dray both boys x

StrawberryTeaLeaf · 15/11/2015 02:06

You don't see what the problem is? Really?!

DramaAlpaca · 15/11/2015 02:08

Oh come on, this is a public website. There's no way I'm telling you my children's names.

Nautical · 15/11/2015 02:12

I'm just confused because many people on here hate the idea of unique names, or alternative spellings and so I figured most people must have very common, correctly spelt name, so I was just wondering and obviously they don't, if they can't be displayed in case of being identified.

10/10 Nice try

Nautical · 15/11/2015 02:14

Nice try?

StrawberryTeaLeaf · 15/11/2015 02:20

Oh do behave.

Say my DC were called Abigail, Tabitha and John.

Nothing to scare the horses there, but potentially quite identifying in combination.

At least as identifying as telling you that I had one child called Lexi-Mae (who are 10 a penny).

FabergeEggs · 15/11/2015 02:29

Something dodgy here.

Nautical · 15/11/2015 02:31

Okay, you can think what you want, lol... I was just curious what other people's children are called... It isn't the oddest thing in the world, gosh.

FabergeEggs · 15/11/2015 02:34

It's hard to imagine why you would think an anonymous forum would be the place to announce your kids' names.

Nautical · 15/11/2015 02:35

Because thousands of people announce what they're going to be naming their child...

OP posts:
StrawberryTeaLeaf · 15/11/2015 02:38

"What are your two favourite children's names?" would have given you an idea as to taste (which is apparently what you want). Lol

Nautical · 15/11/2015 02:39

Well, yeah - I guess I could have wrote it that way

OP posts:
StrawberryTeaLeaf · 15/11/2015 02:45

Maybe try that, then?

jambd · 15/11/2015 02:51
