We're really struggling. we have an Isabelle and Eliza. Nothing is wow'ing us for bump. Any ideas?

Well, Isabelle and Eliza are both derivatives of Elizabeth, so if you want to stick with that theme how about Bethan or Bethany?

Presuming you don't want another Elizabeth diminutive, but do have a preference for names beginning with a vowel which are semi-traditional:
