If you heard the NN Teddy for a girl would you think their full name was Theadora?

Are there any other names that lend themselves to that NN?

BikeRunSki · 15/10/2015 18:35

I think I'd think it was completely unrelated to her given name.
DS's nickname has nothing to do with his name, it's just an affectionate nn I've called him since he was a baby.

ThreeRuddyTubs · 15/10/2015 19:03

MrsCaecilius · 16/10/2015 09:41

Theodora. I've never thought of it as a nn for Edwina.

squoosh · 16/10/2015 11:04

Theodora as it's quite trendy at the moment whereas Edwina is still definitely unfashionable.

MrsEricBana · 16/10/2015 11:05

Yup Theadora

WishIWasWonderwoman · 16/10/2015 11:07

First thought would be Theodora.

If it turned out it wasn't Theodora, I might think of Edwina. Or Theodosia.
