What do your DCs say they'll name their DCs?

My DS says he'll name his DS after himself! (A 70s name)

Dd says she'll name her DS 'Mikey' after she watched look who's talking.

Neither has ideas for DDs.

I'm hoping they'll change their minds!

Anyone else have DCs with ideas about naming their DCs?

My DD wants a baby boy called Malachy, then a girl called Sienna.

My son (10) said his daughter would be Vivian, and his wife can choose the boys name.

My daughter (11) said she doesn't want any children as they will only ruin her life!

DS wants to call his DCs Chuck and Bobby . Hope this doesn't out me.

Dc3 imminent so this is a frequent conversation in this household

DD age 3 says Noggy
Dd age 2 says Nellie&Nora (all one name)

We probably won't use either option.

My dc aren't old enough to speak but when I was a child I was obsessed with calling a daughter 'Disney-Takara'

It's fine, I have 2 ds....phew!

DS2 was born last week, DS1 and DD told everyone at school that he was called Edmund Patrick before we'd left hospital and before we'd even chosen a name (DS1 and I have just finished reading The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe)!

And apparently they just liked Patrick!! Unfortunately we didn't go with their choice

My 4 year old has just named her baby boy doll Simon... In honour of Mr Cowell

Ds still wants sausage, after I declined it for dd.

Dd would probably call it "yes" or "baby" but she is only 2.

My DD (4) has just said she wants five children called:
Love
Carrot
Thomas
And the twins Max and Maxine

Dd1 Scarlett
Ds Ryan
Dd2 Chloe

Lauren.

DD is 3, DS is 5m. DD says she'll call her future baby DS's name, as that is what babies are called.

Duh! I got the "mummy, you're being silly" look too.

Neither teenage DS will answer the question. It was met with "the look".

4 year old DD says Hayley or Tom. Hayley because that's her friend's name and Tom because that's her brother's name.

DD (aged 5) is going to adopt twin girls called Lily and Flower-Petal

DS (aged 6) wants at least 10 children but, as yet, has picked no names for them

My 2 yo DD says:

Weasel
'Real-baby'

I think Dora gets off lightly.

Dd1 (10) Abby, Lucy, Meg
Dd2 (7) she's not having any apparently, she's going to live with us forever and she's going to have lots of cats.
Dd3 (4) Lily, her own name, Silvermist

Ours boys aren't having children, but I suspect it would be Mario/Luigi/sonic etc.

DD is 3. A few months ago she was definitely having a boy then a girl called George and Sophie. Then it switched to 2 girls called Anna and Elsa. Now she is having 3 children - same gender order / names as herself & siblings. Good to know we've done something worth emulating!

Dd1 (12) was just talking about this tonight funnily enough. If she has boy/girl twins she's going to call them London & Leo and a single dd will be Juno.

My boys apparently don't want either wives or children, but if they did given their current obsessions I'm guessing they'd choose something like "snotface" and/or "smellybum." Sigh.

DD1 will call her daughter Rosie and often asks why she isnt called Rosie. She will be 5 soon. No consideration for a boys name because zhe wont have boys... DD2 isnt talking yet thankfully
