Isaac, Jude or Sebastian

we were pretty set on Jude for our soon to be born baby but as the due date approaches we're less sure.

Which do you prefer out of Jude, Isaac or Sebastian?

Jude then Sebastian n then, at a push, Isaac. Isaac is very common now, seems every second boy is named it so I would really avoid that if I were u.

Not jude, please, honestly i am now sick of hearing it! Everyone seems to be shouting it at their kids.
Sebastian is the best

Jude is my favourite, it's my DS's name, so obviously I'm biased.

Isaac is a very close second, and if we ever have a second son, I'm almost certain he'd be Isaac.

I do like Sebastian, although it's not something I'd use.

I don't think you can go wrong whatever you choose.

Not sure how popular Jude is really. Certainly none in our school, nor the Juniors (3-4 classes per year) except mine. Met one in the park the other day, but he was 5 years older.

I have a Sebastian and he is never been known as Seb.
Probably will be when he's older, but his mother will always use his full name ;)
Jude was what DD would have been, but she was a she :)

I don't actually know any Judes or Sebastians in RL but I honestly know about 6 Isaacs. We know the popularity of names is partly regional tho so it may depend on where u r. I am in NW if that helps.

I have an Isaac who never has his name shortened either. He's nearly 7 and I think we were a bit ahead of the current 'crop' as he's the only one in his school but I do hear the name more with toddlers now.

I loved Sebastian too but it didn't work with our surname

Isaac followed by Sebastian. I detest the name Jude, it's incredibly ugly IMO.

Sorry, just realised I've come on a bit too strong with the comments re Jude, don't want to insult you! It's one of those names MN loves but I'm not sure how popular it is in RL. And I just don't like it.

I adore the name Jude. Lovely and simple.

Isaac sounds overly religious and Sebastian is a bit pompous and has also had a huge spike in popularity recently, a bit too 2015.

I have a Sebastian who usually goes by Seb. I love both versions of his name. And I have had lovely comments on his name. He was a 2013 baby and I don't know of any others in rl. We are in s yorks though. And very working class. Maybe it's more popular in affluent areas.
