Caspian's brother or sister is called....

Due date is tomorrow, I have had lots of ideas and half thought I would have a baby to name by now. But nature has other ideas. Any ideas for a name for Caspian's baby brother or sister? Preferably avoiding names starting with E, T or C

Oh I love Caspian!
I wish I'd thought of it for DS1! (It's was my favourite CS Lewis book too)
Unfortunately I misread your post and thought you wanted names beginning with E, T and C and I was going to suggest Torran/Torin for a boy.
Rowan for a boy or girl?
What other names do you like OP?

holdmyhand123 · 10/08/2015 17:14

Rowan is on my list of possibilities! I've had so many ideas and now slightly losing sanity so not trusting my judgment due to 3 weeks of on off contractions so not sure if my ideas are any good anymore.

I like literary/music themed names (I have an older DS and DD but their names are also unusual so if I share I'll out myself!)

Ferdinand, Arden, Derwent, Atticus as potential boy names; Lyra, Violet, Phyllis, potential girls (a few C names I like but have sort of ruled out as I like the idea of unique first name initials)

I like your girls' names, particularly Violet.
I know what you mean about sanity! I looked at my list for DC2 and 3 a little while ago, which was compiled while I was pregnant and I must've lost my marbles! Grin
I really like Arden from your boy's list.

ACatCalledFang · 10/08/2015 20:35

I like Ferdinand and Atticus, and Lyra. Love Violet!

How about Hector or Felix, or Felicity or Beatrice?

caravanista13 · 10/08/2015 20:50

Something equally pretentious I imagine ????

HighwayDragon · 10/08/2015 21:03

Felicity and Hector
Violet and Nathaniel

holdmyhand123 · 10/08/2015 23:10

That's helpful caravanista!! Was it really necessary to comment like that when I was clearly asking for ideas of actual names? So rude.

Thanks for the other suggestions, I'm struggling partly I think because I completely love the names of my current three children, each of which has meanings/attachments on several levels and I just can't quite find "the name" for this one.... I really like Felix and Nathaniel is a great name so certainly feeling more inspired now

And caravanista how rude! She was asking for suggestions for the new baby not opinions on her current sons (gorgeous) name. Angry

FlyDragonfly1 · 10/08/2015 23:23

If you like literary names, how about:

Holden, Dorian, Heath(cliff), Griffin
Beatrix, Catherine, Sylvia

I really love Felix, and Arden is super sweet.

I also thought of the name Art when I saw Caspian. Could be short for Arthur but I love it on its own. Best of luck!

Quasilulu · 11/08/2015 02:24

Ardent and Lyra are fab.
