I am in love with the name Arlo but is it unisex?

Boys name for me. Harlow sounds better for a girl in my opinion. Like it.

PurpleDaisies · 05/08/2015 22:40

I've only seen it as a boy's name.

ToTheGups · 05/08/2015 22:41

I have only heard it used for a boy.

BYOSnowman · 05/08/2015 22:41

no - definitely boy

quite popular at the moment

I only know boys. You could start a trend though.

I've only seen one girl called it and she's so gorgeous, I just feel like its more of a boys name but am unsure if it could possibly be a unisex name like Taylor or Austin

Nooooooo. See here why not.

Arlo is a boy's name.

ArgentinianMalbec · 05/08/2015 22:55

Arlo or Harlow - no to both from me. Harlow ('r-low' it's called by the locals) is a horrible place in Essex just off the M11. You wouldn't want to associate your child with it!

BertrandRussell · 05/08/2015 23:44

If you would call a boy Rose, then call a girl Arlo.

TruckingOn · 06/08/2015 00:02

I know two boy Arlos. Both scrumptious curly haired bundles of gorgeousness, but girls they are not.

SmugairleRoin · 06/08/2015 00:04

Definitely for a boy imo.

For girls, Orla is similar - same letters, only marginally swapped around Wink

Alisvolatpropiis · 06/08/2015 01:05

It's a boys name.
