My DD is 7. The only other one I know is in her 80s. We chose the name when it wasn't even in the top 100. Then along came Florence Welch and ruined everything!!! (OK, so Florence Welch was called Florence first).

HippyPottyMouth · 28/07/2015 22:41

I've never met anyone called Florence. I'm in Scotland, don't think it's common here.

ArsenalsPlayingAtHome · 29/07/2015 07:07

Thank you everyone.

Seems to be very popular in SE/SW, then! Smile

You'd think that after Cameron chose it, it would've become very unpopular , but then he got voted in again, so maybe he's more popular than I like to think Wink.

I think all these name threads are counter-productive.

If I had a gorgeous, unusual name, I definitely wouldn't start a thread about it on here, 'cause then everyone whose pregnant might consider it, and that in itself could see it creeping up the top 100 most popular name chart.
