Dexter, xsander or Zachary

Which would you pick?

Dexter

Why not Zander?

I'm going to presume Xsander is a typo.

Xander is great. As is Alexander with Xander for a nn.

Don't like Dexter or Zachary.

Or Alexander- then most of those are options for shortening

Xsander isn't a name.

Dexter reminds me of a cow, though I do know a 3 year old Dexter.

Xsander - I prefer Xander but only as nn for Alexander

Zachary - it's a name I've heard quite a bit so may be popular but I like it.

So - 1. Zachary
2. Alexander, nn Xander
3. Dexter

Sorry I did mean xander but quite like zander too. Can't use Alexander unfortunately.

My little nephew is called Dexter. There is no way I ever associate his name with a serial killer. I associate his name with a smiley, giggly toddler.

I have taught a Sander, not a nickname. Hae also taught a Zachary - I personally am not keen on the nn Zach

I'd use Alexander on birth cert unless there was a compelling reason not to, then announce baby Xander. (We have done this with our DS) It gives him more options as an adult that way.
I also love Zachary and Dexter but Xander inches it for me.

Zachary is my favourite, followed by Xander. Don't like Dexter.

I like Zachary and Xander. Dexter is OK but a bit surnamey for me.

As you can tell from the picture, a zander is a fish.

I have a xander (name on his bc) & he's such a character!

If our last child was a ds he would have been a Dexter with the mn Jack but we had a dd

Xander is ok as a nn for Alexander. Dexter is awful and will be hideously dated in about 5 minutes time. I don't like Zachary but it's far better than Dexter.

Ezekiel (nickname Zeke?)
Lorenzo (Enzo)
Ezra

I love all three. I think Dexter is great my boss is Dexter and he is in his 40's.

Like Xander (not Zander or Xsander) then Zachary. Dexter too of the moment.

Zachary. It's my #1 boys name.

My two favorite boys names are Dexter and Zachary. Leaning more towards Dexter but I love them both
