Ok I've never posted on this board before, so here goes. These are the 3 names me and dh are considering for dd2 and I'd like to know which one everyone likes best.

We'd likely shorten Abigail to Abby from the get go as we both prefer Abby but want to give out DD the option of the longform. I'm not sure about Phoebe but my dh loves this name, he wanted it for our first!

I prefer Alice and Abigail to Sophie, although it might go better with a Greek surname.

If you go for Abigail, be aware there are lots of ways of spelling to shortening of it. We use Abi - as it is seems most natural as is the first part of the name but do get many variations on birthday and Christmas cards

Alice is beautiful. It is pretty yet strong. Alice is classic, never "common" and it is a name suitable for all ages.

Phoebe is sweet.

Abigail reminds me of pig pail.

Abi not Abby , prefer to Abigail

Love Alice - but then I'm biased because I have an Alice. I also have a Sophie (nicknamed Fi) who was very nearly a Phoebe.

Alice is the best of your list. Sophie is fine and if you're not bothered by it's popularity then it's a good choice. Abigail/Abby is ok, wouldn't ever choose it myself though. I dislike Phoebe a lot, I think it will be very dated in a few years. It also sounds too "cute" IMO.
