Alexandra Lily

Because there are billions of little girls called lily around here. DD1's reception class list has 4 Lilys on it.

But both are beautiful combinations.

MaelstromOfLunacy · 24/06/2015 22:08

Alexandra Lily - both lovely though

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 24/06/2015 22:09

I prefer Lily but probably would go for Alexandra as Lily is so popular.

Zettina · 24/06/2015 22:10

Alexandra Lily, just because Alexandra is beautiful and has so many options for shortening that are also lovely.

ashesandfire · 24/06/2015 22:11

Alexandra Lily, I love Alexandra
Lily Alexandra sort of all flows into one word imo.

DramaAlpaca · 24/06/2015 22:15

Another vote for Alexandra Lily.

Alexandra Lily

Kittykatmacbill · 24/06/2015 22:52

Definitely Alexandra lily. Lily is meh, Alexandra is beautiful.

Sophronia · 24/06/2015 23:24

Definitely Alexandra Lily. I'd much rather hear of a little Alexandra than yet another Lily.

badRoly · 24/06/2015 23:25

I'll buck the trend and say I like the sound of Lily Alexandra better Grin

GiddyOnZackHunt · 24/06/2015 23:28

I like the flow of Lily Alexandra better but Alexandra Lily will be more unusual. What letter will her surname start with? (Please say F so she can be Alf)

Lion12 · 24/06/2015 23:33

I like Lily Alexandra but think I'd go for Alexandra Lily. As others have mentioned Lily is too popular and Alexandra is the nicer name of the 2.

TiffanyAtBreakfast · 25/06/2015 01:08

I like Lily Alexandra.

runningandjumping · 25/06/2015 13:31

we like both names but as some posters pointed out, Lily is very popular, otherwise it would be my favorite as it's more feminine.

I prefer the sound of Lily Alexandra, but the pp make a very good point about the popularity of Lily.

changingagain · 25/06/2015 13:36

To me, Alexandra Lily flows better, but your surname might affect that.

runningandjumping · 25/06/2015 13:52

our surname goes with both. I love Alexandra but as I find Lily prettier than Allie (my fave shortening of Alexandra)

Alexandra lily .

reuset · 26/06/2015 10:01

Alexandra Lily flows well and is more timeless with Alexandra as the first name

Owllady · 26/06/2015 10:03

It sounds very Angelina ballerina

KLou1105 · 26/06/2015 10:21

Alexandra lily :)

runningandjumping · 26/06/2015 10:29

Why Angelina ballerina? Alexandra isn't very "girly" imho
