Jesse?

Hi, I'm currently pregnant with dc2, don't know the sex but I am convinced it will be another boy. DS is Jude, which is my favourite name ever, and am struggling to find a boy's name which I like just as much.

Current front runner is Jesse, which DH and I both like - just wondering what people think of this name and how it goes with Jude?

I also love Gabriel, which DH has vetoed, others on the current shortlist are:

• Dexter
• Alexander

I love Jesse. Loved it 11 years ago when i had my son but exh wasn't keen.

I think it goes well with Jude (also love Jude)

No offense but i HATE Dexter. Jesse makes me think of a gorgeous bloke, Dexter makes me think of a dog!! I only ever heard the name once years ago when i worked in sexual health and a patient used the name. She was giggling when i called her saying it was her dogs name but had wanted to be anonymous. Love love love Jesse. Very ultra cool name for a boy and I agree that it does make me think of a gorgeous bloke. And goes so well with Jude too.

Im currently working my way through season 4 of Breaking bad so I like the name Jesse at the moment
