Beatrix is my second choice as I like Trixie.

I would pronounce rose-a-lee

It's not so much the reference to twilight in itself, more about naming successive children ( I say this as a mother of a bella, before the boom and I was desperate for either a teddy (Edward) or Jacob. It really wasn't going to happen... Luckily she's a poppy!)

Harriet is my absolute least favourite (although it's a mumsnet favourite I know). It's stuffy and boring.

Iris is lovely and classic, by far the nicest of your list.

Rosalie pretty elegant sweet. Suits right through life.
Cute and adorable on the school name peg whilst also strong and sophisticated in the board room.
Same goes for Beatrix. She could opt for the nn Beatie if she so wishes.
Don't like Harriet. Ridiculously over used, and getting boring but you might not give a hoot about popularity.
I just don't like Iris. To me it's very harsh sounding, but thAt's just my opinion.
So Rosalie or Beatrix

Or Beatrix could also use the nn Trixie very girly and cutesy

Iris is beautiful

It's rare that I love all of the names from somebody's list but I think they're all gorgeous and don't think you can go wrong with any of these. My vote would be for Harriet.
