I think Leo goes best with names starting and ending in consonants.

I would avoid two -o endings e.g. Leo and Otto, Leo and Theo!
and -y endings also sound a bit odd to me eg Leo and Rudy, Leo and Toby
(also there are loads of Tobys (and Theos) at the moment if this is a problem for you)

Our friends have a Leo and Noah . I also know older brothers who are Leo and Luke . Otherwise :
Rowan, Ruben , Rafy, Seb, Max , Nate, Ezra , Rudi .

Our DS2 is Leo. His brother's name is Dylan.

My first thought was Hugo to keep the 'o' ending in common between brothers, but Alex goes well, as does Sean.

Ooh, I really like the idea of both names ending in o as long as they don't end eo (as that's just too close) which is why I suggested Hugo Otto or Milo could work too.

I know of a Leo and Michael, a Leo and Gabe, a Leo and Max, a Leo and Sam (and Mathilda), and a Leo and Frederick (and Josie and Rosa).
Out there suggestions are Leo and Clement or Leo and Everett.
