Levi

MagentaVitus · 12/05/2015 13:09

I don't like either, but my taste doesn't matter here.

Have seen a few of your threads now - which one do you prefer?

Have you considered Dean?

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 12/05/2015 13:10

Levi

LouisaB1990 · 12/05/2015 13:10

I'm really stuck I love Deon but I feel it's too bold!

Deon makes me think of Dionne Warwick. Prefer Levi.

Levi James

Guin1 · 12/05/2015 15:29

Deon James. (Levi James is very close to Levi Jeans!)

Fibbertigibbet · 12/05/2015 15:45

I knew a Dejean and thought he had a really cool name!

NoodleFace · 12/05/2015 15:53

I went to school with a dion pronounced dee-on wasn't seen as a bold name, I like it!

IvoryMadonna · 12/05/2015 16:11

Definitely Deon (but I prefer the Dion spelling). Very cool name.

Levi is a character from the Old Testament, patriarch of one of the Twelve Tribes of Israel.
Dion comes from Dionysus, the Greek god of wine. Wine

50ShadesofNope · 12/05/2015 16:15

Levi definitely

ouryve · 12/05/2015 16:19

Neither, but if my arm was twisted, it would have to be Levi. Even if I liked Deon as a name, I'd probably avoid it with that spelling because he'd spend his life being called Dean.

DampAndRotten · 12/05/2015 16:22

Deon/Dion, but Levi is nice too.

IvoryMadonna · 12/05/2015 19:48

There's a Dion in Shakespeare. He's a Sicilian lord.

NakedMum33and3rd · 12/05/2015 19:55

Def Levi! We have a Levi Jack who is 1! Everyone loves his name x

Allthatnonsense · 12/05/2015 20:38

James is a much better name, it transcends class and will never date. Use the " trendy" name as a middle. He'll thank you for it.

ero30 · 12/05/2015 21:40

Dion James is a famous American baseball player. Not sure if you think that's a good thing or bad thing. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dion_James

WomanScorned · 13/05/2015 09:36

I don't see either of those names as 'trendy'. I know 2 Levi's, one in his 20's and one 40 something. Dion's I know are both in their 30's and I know a 40y old Dionne.

Notso · 13/05/2015 09:40

Deon James.

Levi is great but it's really popular here.
