the name is Ember.
Does anyone know of a baby Ember (girl I would say).
Does anyone like it?

If you're happy with your child having to go through their entire life constantly having to correct people and spell it out, having to repeatedly contact businesses/banks/government agencies to get the spelling corrected because it was misheard over the phone, then go for it!

but isnt there the same issue with Amelie/Emily?
No one says don't name a child Emily because it sounds like Amelie, or vice versa.
Not that I am having another child !

I love the name Ember. I think it is beautiful.
