Name help! Due in three weeks and no further forward!!!

Dear all,
First time posting so I am hoping you guys can help me!!
Due a baby in 3 weeks time - not sure if boy or girl - to join 3 year old brother Theo!
Names are a nightmare - Theo came to (well me, mainly) first time around and knew if a boy before he was born that we would go with that.
I want short and 'cool' names but really struggling!
My husband is Jamaican so want a name to match Theo that is quite funky and cool like Theo is!!

Idea's so far mainly from hubby....
Rudy (not sure if the UK will get this!!)
Remy - again I like this buy not sure if a bit too way out??
Otto - again not sure about this either....
Noah - but hubby doesn't like

A bit more organised....
I love Ruby
We both like Lucy
We both kinda like Lottie.

I am just not very good at ideas this time around and realy need some inspiration of names to match Theo.

I really like Remy actually. Have never come across one IRL but I don't think it's so unusual it would be a problem. All your girls names are lovely but my favourite is probably Lucy.

I really like Rudy, and Remy is ok too.

Rudy is fantastic and Remy is also good. I know a Rensford nn Renny which I really like too.

Ruby and Lucy are lovely, although I'm not sure I'd call Lucy "cool" (not that it matters so long as you like it!)

I love Rudy and Remy! Who cares if the UK doesn't get them? Even more reason to choose one of those! .

Also echoing someone saying Rafferty. I watched Michael McIntyre something or other entertainment show the other night and there was a young lad on there called 'Raffy' which was probably short fort Rafferty, and he was very cool!
There was also a lad on there called Baxter.

I love Remy. I've also seen it spelled with an "i" (Remi), but for a girl.

Lucy's a lovely name too, but not so cool or Jamaican-sounding to me!

Marley would be cool, or Sebastian (Seb)

Raffy is probably short for Rafael. I don't like Rafferty, it makes me think of riff-raff and rackety.

Why wouldn't we get Rudy in the UK? Everyone must know the song 'A Message to You Rudy'. Is short for Rudolf (or Rudiger in Germany). Everyone knows Rudolf.

Girls - still looking at ideas. Prob didn't explain my 'Lucy' concept very well.....my husband's birth town is Jamaica is Lucia (which I don't like!) but pronounced Lucy so giving the slight Jamaican option to my husband!

Rudy - love it. I'm in the UK and know several so I wouldn't worry about the UK not getting it. It's quite popular.
Remy - It sounds like a cleaning product to me. I know two; one girl and one boy.
Otto - Love it. I know a few of these as well.
Noah - Like it, but too popular. I know LOADS.

Ruby - nice, but not as 'interesting' as your boys names.
Lucy - again nice, but a bit dull.
Lottie - I HATE it. It's a perfectly good name I guess, I just have an irrational hatred for it!!
