Hello,
We are expecting a girl and I love the idea of Harbour (I think of a safe place and the ocean which are positive connotations in my mind). I know that it is not a very gendered name, but I love how it sounds paired with Grace, which I think is very feminine. We are Canadian, hence the spelling of Harbour. I think it is one of those names that might be beautiful once it is attached to a person. I would love some feedback:)

Sorry, makes me think of harbouring a disease. Or rusty boats and fishy smells.

How about Leigh? Doesn't that mean safe place or something?

No no and more no - sounds like the name of a fishing boat.

Why not just call her Grace - which I think is lovely.

I really like it, I think it goes nicely with Grace too - and I have lived by a harbour! I disagree that it's equivalent to calling your baby Bus Station, I think Harbour is easy to imagine as a name.

I do think how it sounds with your surname is important to consider though.
