Our second child is due in late Summer and we've just found out it is a little boy. Now we are a bit stuck thinking of names, our daughter is called Romilly so we were looking for something in the same vein (unusual but not strange). Current thoughts are Luke, Jude or Arthur but really looking for opinions on these and any suggestions please!

Love all of your names :)

Also, what about Edward (Ted)?

Love the name Ted but already have one of these in the family. Husband is leaning more towards Arthur (Art) but I think Jude. Also like Sam... Ahh!

Jude fits well.

I like Luke (quite underused nowadays I think), Arthur and Sam (as a nn for Samuel)

Not so keen on Jude but it does go well with Romilly.

Like Arthur. How about Conrad?

I love all the names you listed, but I don't think any of them are unusual. I know at least 3 of each under the age of 5.

From your list I like Arthur. How about Cecil?

VainVulva · 02/04/2015 22:22

Jude or Arthur (adore the nn Art btw) would be gorgeous! I really have an irrational hatred of the name Luke.

From your options I think Jude goes best.

I'd suggest:

Romilly & Miles
Romilly & Edgar
Romilly & Jonah
Romilly & Guy
Romilly & Crispin
Romilly and Giles
Romilly & Austin
Romilly & Duncan
Romilly & Evan

Jude or Arthur definitely - love them both!
