Yes if you tell someone your name there are always going to be times/ countries etc were you have to spell your name etc it's not an overly big issues for me to be honest.

My eldest has an Irish name and absolutely hates it, hates telling people it, spelling it and being called a multitude of different names, she want's me to change it by deed pole to the American spelling. It's not even one of the hard one's as its now quite popular. DC 2 and 3 have names which are said as they are written. I really regret using this name especially as she loves the other English names i had for her

Lovely names if your in Ireland but having an Irish name in England has been a nightmare for her, i really didn't think it would be this bad when i named her tbh
