I am 31 weeks pregnant and we have decided to wait for a surprise regarding babies gender :) we already have 3 children - boy, girl, boy and this is our last baby.

So far we have these girls names:
Harper (i love it)
Sidney (it has alot of sentimental meanings in my OHs family - but as a boys name not a girls. I don't like it as a boys name but dont mind it for a girl.

Boys names:
I LOVE the name Paris -OH not too keen but would come round i think
I like Beau too and my youngest narrowly missed out on this name but OH not too keen
Radlea is a new one i discovered today
Heath

My other children are Finn (11) Amber (10) & Billy (2)

Opinions on these names please!

Love Harper. Very pretty and elegant sounding for when she gets older.
Like Sidney for a girl.
Don't like any Paris for a boy. More for a girl I'd say. Don't like Beau. Too pretty for a boy
Radlea is quite interesting though. Out of curiosity what are it's origins and meanings

gymboywalton · 26/03/2015 23:02

i am sorry i don't like any of them. Too 'on trend' for me

manicinsomniac · 27/03/2015 00:06

I like both Harper and Sidney (but for a girl I would spell it Sydney or everyone will assume she's male)

Less keen on your boy names. Paris is okay. Radlea I think would be better spelt Radley. Really don't like Beau or Heath.

MrsNuckyThompson · 27/03/2015 00:12

Do NOT call your son Paris. What is it you want him to do for a living???

manicinsomniac · 27/03/2015 00:23

MrsNucky - I taught a Paris. He is now at one of the top public schools in the country and his father and two older brothers are/are studying to be barristers and lawyers. You can't generalise on a name.

Penguinotterfoxbadger · 27/03/2015 07:03

Harper is nice but I'm really not keen on your other names, sorry.

Your other children have lovely names, is there a reason why you're going slightly off - piste in naming the last one?

CaptainAnkles · 27/03/2015 07:07

I don't mind Paris for a girl and Sidney for a boy, but not the other way around. Harper is lovely. Not keen on the others though.

BikeRunSki · 27/03/2015 07:11

I like your girl's names, but would spell Sydney

My dd is sydney best name ever ????

Belazu84 · 27/03/2015 08:02

Harper or Heath

DontdrinkandFacebook · 27/03/2015 08:04

I like Heath. I don't mind Radley but Radlea is a really daft and awful spelling.

Harper is nice. Hate Sidney.

DontdrinkandFacebook · 27/03/2015 08:05

And I don't like Paris at all.

3rdbump · 27/03/2015 08:39

TBH i we are more sure on girls names than boys names - we do think this baby will be a girl but obviously theres every chance i could be a boy too!!

Sydney or harper we are pretty sure on.

However you have put me off the name Pairs! and now am not keen on Heath.

ARGH its too difficult to find a nice boys name we agree on! OH likes arthur but no way!

shakemysilliesout · 27/03/2015 08:56

Boys names are all awful. Especially radlea.

I like your girl name options.

shakemysilliesout · 27/03/2015 08:56

I like Arthur!

littlesupersparks · 27/03/2015 09:48

Paris is totally a boy's name to me! I've also taught a couple called Paris - no probs.

Viviennemary · 27/03/2015 09:50

I don't like any of them. Not keen on these trendy celeb names I'm afraid.

GotToBeInItToWinIt · 27/03/2015 09:52

Harper or Heath

stillsingingintherain · 27/03/2015 09:56

I love Harper but really don't like Sidney. Am not keen on your boys choices, sorry! Beau is slighly better but Paris I find a bit chavvy and more suited to a girl.

stillsingingintherain · 27/03/2015 09:58

Oh sorry didnt see the last 2 boys names. No to Radlea (sounds clunky) and a BIG yes to Heath!

stillsingingintherain · 27/03/2015 10:01

I love Arthur too, more than Heath

CrispyFern · 27/03/2015 10:02

The only boy name I like of yours is Heath. The others are imo horrid.

Girls names both nice. Are you sure you can't grow to like Sidney for a boy? Oh and actually, what about Harper for a boy?

Rjae · 27/03/2015 10:04

Harper is nice but too beckam related. Love Heath, but hate all the other names.

3rdbump · 27/03/2015 11:51

I quite like savanah, jessica and Hannah too for a girl.

Still no idea on the boys name though!!
OH really wants arthur :( or thomas which is his name and his family name too am not into the whole father/son with the same name thing though.

Other boys names i quite like are
Harrison - BUT i don't like Harry
Joseph - This is my brothers name though so its off the list (even though he is a joe maybe a bit weird?!!
