What else might I like? Like short names that are not classic or too popular (problem with Finn) but not crazy.

I haven't studied the other comments properly so forgive me if I'm repeating names! Here's my suggestions;

Jaxon (Jax)
Max
Kit
Fox
Asa
Leo
Tai/Tye
Kai
Axel

Good luck!

Stillill · 24/03/2015 20:02

I like fox but don't think I'm brave enough. Also like Jude, Ted and Kit

Not sure I've found the one yet though

I would love fox, wolf or bear as DC1 has a sort of animal name but it's not as obvious as those! I do like nature names though!

You can get the nn bear from ted or Edward or theodore

Stillill · 24/03/2015 21:21

Really love Seth but doesn't work with our surname at all! Nate is another for the list.

Edward and Theodore not my cup of tea. Is Ted ok on it's own?

Ren is an interesting suggestion as I like wren for a girl

Me too Stillill, I like short snappy names which aren't too popular. THE name doesn't seem to exist for me. My like list so far is... (And most of these are way too popular)
Ned
Tom
Finn
Max
Jed
Kip
Kit
Jude
Blake
I have a secret crush on Fox but wouldn't be brave enough
Jim

RL20 · 25/03/2015 07:42

I love Kit but worry that I can't make a cutesy nickname out of it for when he is here. Kit is fine for a bit older but whilst he's a baby I want to be able to say 'Kitty' or something but don't think it's as appropriate for a boy as it is a girl! Hmm.

Yes I do think you can get away with 'Ted' on it's own Grin

Another one I like is Jet/Jett

HairyHandedFucker · 25/03/2015 18:38

Drake?

HairyHandedFucker · 26/03/2015 22:30

I've got it!!!

PHOENIX!

It's got a bit of Finn about it, the X for Rex, it's an animal name, and it is just fab!
