Ralph, Raef or Rafe?

How should it be spelt? And do you like it?

Just for the record I think Raif is usually an Arabic boys name and pronounced more like Ray-IF.

I like Ralph (as in Vaughan Willams), but not sure I'd inflict a lifetime of "actually it's pronounced Rafe" on my son

Ralph, but I don't like it. It sounds wispy, like a mixture of rake and waif.
