So Jude is coming out favourite, with some hesitations around being slightly feminine and not travelling well (?). I'd agree with concerns about being feminine/unisex but surely more commonly a boy's name these days?

Hadn't realised that Theo was quite so popular, still think it's a nice name.

If I have a DS2 he will be Jude so obvs gets my vote. Theo is very very popular.

Reason I love Jude? still usually enough for my liking, not heard everywhere, still definitely very much a real name but still pretty cool, different, Love the shortness of it and think its pretty masculine, strong yet cheeky too.

I love both! Don't think my hubby would go for Jude but I've got it as my favourite name as a middle name!!!

I have a Jude who is half Egyptian - his Egyptian family love it as it means 'generous' and was chosen because it works both in the UK and Egypt.

My little man is 3 months and when I had him I had not heard of a single other Jude. On the post natal ward a midwife commented she hadn't come accross a Jude before but there was currently 2 on the ward and I've since heard of another 2 locally since having him. Have a feeling that it will be becoming very popular which I would have avoided if I had known.
