Ariya or Aria? Would you pronounce them the same?

We have decided to name our daughter Aria/Ariya but we are unsure on how we will spell it (pn A-ree-a) We prefer the sp ARIYA but are thinking people may mispronounce it? Which sp do you prefer and would you pn them bith as A-REE-A? x

I would pronounce Aria as a-ree-a (as in the musical terms and expect ah-ree-a to be just as common.

I'd pronounce Ariya as Ah-ri-ya (or Ar-eye-a? not sure best way to write it)

And can see other possibilities too.

I know I'd not have the patience to be forever instructing people on the correct pronunciation, but that might not bother you in the slightest.

When friends family and school hear her name once though will she be forever correcting them though? And if she met somebody new they would HEAR her name not see the spelling. Ariya looked so obvious to me that i didnt even think of a-rye-a but now i keep changing my mind. Aria looks too short imo :/
